Pavillion House

A well considered, light-footed renovation taking a 2 star home with lots of potential, to a whopping 7.3 star high performing home. The design produced greater thermal comfort, optimized use of space without major disruption of the existing footprint, and a new master bedroom suite with study and window seat, all centered around a small western courtyard.
