“The Deakin.One commercial development is a three-storey office building which completes the Deakin masterplan. A central atrium establishes spatial connectivity between all levels of the building which stimulates interaction between building users. The atrium also acts performatively by providing increased natural light to tenancy interiors and enabling passive cooling.” (Turco & Associates)
