&Apartments

&Apartments was designed to integrate and connect the urban scene of Lonsdale St and the green space of Haig Park. Featuring six levels of residential accomodation (both short and long term), three ground level commercial tenancies and two levels of secure basement parking below.

Type: Mixed-use (residential + commercial)

Scale: 9 storeys - including 2 basement and 7 levels above ground

Involvement: Collaborator role, assisted in project delivery as part of the project team
